PHILOSOPHY
Have you ever seen the way elephants care for their young? When a calf is born, other females surround the mother to attend to her and her baby. They help the calf to its feet and show the newborn where to nurse. All of the females, and not just the mother, provide care for the calf as it grows to adulthood. If an elephant calf is in distress, its cry will bring a small army of adolescent and adult females to its aid.
The vision of Mama Elephant Wellness is to provide therapeutic bodywork, wellness education, and a network of support to women and their families through all phases of life.

FERTILITY MASSAGE
PRENATAL MASSAGE
Fertility Massage is a natural therapeutic way to help your body prepare to conceive. This massage uses a combination of energy work, shiatsu, aromatherapy, reflexology and gentle abdominal massage. Read more.

POSTPARTUM MASSAGE
Postpartum massage encourages joint realignment, fluid balance, and muscle recovery after birth. This massage also relieves tension in the shoulder, neck, and arms from the care and feeding of an infant. Gift certificates are available. Read more.
INFANT MASSAGE
A bonding experience for parents and babies from birth to 12 months, infant massage may improve sleeping patterns, reduce digestive discomfort, improve muscle tone and coordination, and increase socialization and cue-reading between parent and infant.
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a combined technique that incorporates trigger point therapy to focus release around specific nerve centers found throughout your body. This massage relieves cramped and overused muscles and connective tissue, helping to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
The lymphatic system is tasked with eliminating cellular build-up and waste. This full-body massage uses a combination of gentle rhythmic and pumping strokes to encourage lymphatic drainage.
