"Marya is the best! She clearly knows the human body and can find all of the tension that it carries. I'm a fan of really deep pressure, and she delivers, while still knowing when to release. Add to that the convenience of her coming to your home, and the fact that she is a nice person who listens. I highly recommend her for all massage therapy needs." -M.N.
"Had to let you know I’m pain-free after yesterday! Best sleep I’ve had in ages...not sore at all. Thank you!" K.C.S.

"Marya's prenatal massage was the most relaxed I felt during the entire pregnancy-- so much so that I fell asleep on the table! Marya not only relieved the tension in my back and hips from pregnancy sciatica but showed me some stretches and exercises to prepare my pelvis for labor and delivery." S.B.
Massage in the postpartum period helps return the body into its pre-pregnancy joint alignment and fluid balance. A massage within the first week (or several weeks) of postpartum feels wonderful. It flushes lactic acid out of the tissues relieving sore and achy muscles. Massage helps release shoulder, neck, and arm tension from the care and feeding of an infant and helps relieve tension from the birth process. Gift vouchers and packages available.
"Marya was indispensable in my postpartum recovery! I booked a two-hour massage with her, one a week after giving birth, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made to take care of myself in this critical and sensitive time. As others have said, she truly has a healing touch, not to mention gives an amazing massage. I can’t wait to book with her again. Her rates are reasonable, she responds promptly, and what is better than an at home massage? Thank you again, Marya!" J.B.

The lymphatic system is the body's natural way of elminating cellular build-up and waste. Lymphatic Drainage is a full body massage that uses a combination of gentle rythmic and pumping strokes to encourage the natural drainage of the lymphatic system. The massage includes the use of castor oil packs to cleanse and strengthen the lymph nodes located in the abdomen as well as the digestive system.
"Marya is absolutely amazing! I had a lymphatic massage for 90 minutes and I did not want it to end. Not only does she have a natural gift and a healing touch but I loved how much she cared to ask questions and offer explanations and suggestions for how to work with my issues myself." L.C.
Thai massage, also known as nuad paan bulan, is three dimensional, energizing, and can be more active than classic forms of massage. Incorporating mediation, energy work, and movement, the therapist will use their hands, knees, legs and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. It is often referred to as "lazy yoga", and uses the whole body to treat the whole body . Thai Massage can be varied to suit a wide range of physical needs and conditions. The practitioner works with the body's movement potential and energy system, known as Sen lines, and is practiced dynamically on a comfortable mat on the floor, fully clothed.
"I was amazed at how my body felt after my massage - I've had many massages, but this was the best! Fluid is the only word I can come up with, but that's how I felt, even the next day. Vital worked on my shoulder and gave me exercises to help with my rotator cuff; he worked on the arthritis in my hips and the tightness down my arms. He's very knowledgeable about the way the human body works and so knows which areas to work on and what techniques to use. Amazing massage! Thank you, Vital!" L.K.
Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet or hands. The theory behind reflexology states that these areas and reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that applying pressure to the points has a beneficial effect on the organs and person's general health. Each reflexology session can be customized and performed in a stand-alone session (fully clothed) or following a massage therapy session. Although reflexology is not used to diagnose or cure health disorders, millions of people around the world use it to complement other treatments when addressing specific conditions.
"Most people have no idea how good their body is designed to feel." -Kevin Trudeau
"If you listen to your body when it whispers, you won't have to hear it scream."
Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) is a laying-on of hands natural healing technique thought to be thousands of years old. Originating in Tibet, it was rediscovered in Japan in the late 1800’s by Dr. Mikao Usui. It is very simple yet powerful healing art. Practitioners channel universal life force in a particular pattern to bring forth healing and harmony.
“A healer's power stems not from any special ability, but from maintaining the courage and awareness to embody and express the universal healing power that every human being naturally possesses.” -Eric Micha'el Leventhal
